A friend of mine came over last week and helped me connect the transmission to the engine and put them on the chassis. Everything went pretty smooth. It was nice to finally free the engine from the cart it had been sitting on for over 2 years. Since the chassis and engine were both in the garage we figured it would be easier to carry the transmission from the pole barn up to the garage and do the work there. When we were finished, we rolled the car which now has the engine and transmission on it, to the pole barn. Now that everything is in the pole barn I can really get some work done. So I'm back to working on the car, finally. Be sure to check back every couple of weeks for an update because I'm back in the saddle again and ready to make some progress.
